Associate Members
Individuals employed by a Hematology Oncology Medical Practice represented by at least one Active member. $25 per year.
Associate members do not have voting privileges.Adjunct Members
Individuals who are not W2-paid employees of Hematology Oncology practice whose responsibilities lie within the specialty of Hematology Oncology. This definition includes members of billing and consultant companies, and management companies acting on behalf of a Hematology Oncology practice. $100 per year.
